Paprika - Smoked

Smoked Paprika is the indispensable ingredient in Spanish cuisine. The peppers are smoked and dried over oak fires and then slowly ground between stones into a fine, deep red powder. Although traditionally used in Spanish dishes such as paella and chorizo sausage, Smoked Paprika crosses easily into all types of cuisine.
