Caraway Seed - Whole

Caraway are small seeds, with a strong distinctive flavour used in central Europe. These hard brown seeds are 4-7mm in length with lighter coloured ridges. Traditionally used to flavour breads, Caraway is also used to flavour sausages, sauerkraut, cabbage soups, and cheese.
