Wasabi Powder

Also known as Japanese horseradish, Wasabi is an edible root with a sharp, biting flavour. It turns 'wasabi green' when added to liquid. Traditionally used as an accompaniment of sushi, it can be used to flavour anything from chicken wings, mashed potatoes, or wherever this hot, pungent flavour is required.
