Using freeze-dried strawberries, our Strawberry Mousse has an excellent flavour and colour. As with all our mousses, it is freeze-thaw stable, instant, and made with high quality ingredients. Esslinger Foods mousse products are not only fantastic as a stand alone item, but are also excellent for piping into cakes, making cheesecakes, and accompanying fruit.
