Prairie Mushroom Mix is a blend of dehydrated Oyster, Himematsutake, King Oyster, and Porcini mushrooms. This combination of wild and mild flavours and textures can be used in a variety of applications.

Our dehydrated mushrooms are dehydrated to a low (5-10%) water content and therefore have very high yields when re-hydrated.
