Korean Dry Rub
Korean Dry Rub is a blend of Gochugaru flakes, toasted sesame seeds, garlic, fire-roasted smoked paprika, spices and sugar to add some sweetness.
Gochugaru is a coarsely ground Korean chili flake of moderate heat. It's dried slightly less than traditional chili flakes, which gives a reddish colour to food. Gochugaru is seedless.
