Kaffir Lime Leaves - Whole

Kaffir Lime, citrus hystrix, is grown in Southeast Asia, and used in many forms of cuisine throughout the region. The leaf has a distinctive shape with a dark leathery appearance. As with other leaves when used whole, they are usually removed prior to serving the dish.The distinct flavour and aroma of Kaffir Lime is a cross between lime, lemon, and orange.
