Our Hot Honey is sourced from a local apiary in Ontario. The Canadian No.1 honey is infused with chilli peppers for 5 days, heated, and then strained to provide a medium level of heat that wonderfully contrasts the sweetness of white honey.
Store honey at room temperature.
