Galangal - Ground

Galangal is related to ginger, but has a stronger, more pungent flavour with citrus notes. It is used in Southeast Asian and Indian cuisines, and are as commonly used as ginger in other Asian recipes. Wonderful for broths, soups, curries, stews, and sauces.
