De Arbol - Whole
De Arbol Peppers are fiery at 15,000 to 40,000 Scoville units. These Mexican peppers remain red after being dried and their pointed pods have a tannic, grassy, flavour and heat. De Arbol Pepper Whole are an excellent pepper to infuse oil. Add them whole to stir-frys, chutneys, and salsa. Soak them for 10 minutes in warm water to easily dice.
