Usually used for presentation in exotic drinks, Cinnamon Sticks are the rolled bark of the cinnamon tree. Korintje cinnamon, considered to be the highest quality cinnamon, has a woody aroma with a delicate yet intense taste. Cinnamon is used the world over from Moroccan tangines, rice dishes, mulled wine, and of course desserts.
