Chettinad Masala for Fish
With the ever-growing popularity of Indian Cuisine, we are pleased to add Chettinad Masala for Fish to our product line. Named for the South Indian state, Chettinad cuisine claims to be the most aromatic of Indian cuisine. We have made this masala with Asafoetida powder, a highly sought ingredient, as it provides a mellowing effect, making the blend smoother and more uniform in flavour intensity. Although primarily designed for fish curries and marinades, Chettinad Masala for Fish can also be used to flavour rice and lentil dishes.
