Butterfly Pea Flowers

Butterfly Pea Flowers are an edible flower grown in Southeast Asia.

Also known as 'blue pea' or 'Asian Pigeonwings' these blue-purple flowers are mainly used to colour beverages or rice.

Providing a brilliant blue colour when soaked, they are a natural way to add colour to cocktails, lemonades, teas, and your own garnishes.

When an acid in added to the liquid, such as lemon or lime juice, it transforms to a royal purple colour.
