Harissa Seasoning

Used as a traditional seasoning in North Africa, Harissa is a spice blend that can be used to flavour a variety of dishes. Harissa recipes vary between countries and regions, but traditionally all contain a blend of peppers that are often smoked. Our Harissa Spice is built on this foundation and is blended with other spices including coriander, cumin, fennel, cinnamon, ginger, and garlic. Harissa Spice can also be blended with olive oil to create the traditional paste version of this delightful mixture.
