Cardamom - Ground

Taken from the dried fruits of an Indian perennial plant, Cardamom is one of the most ancient spices.  With a slightly lemony, bitter-sweet flavour, it is traditionally used in garam masala, and other curry dishes, Cardamon is now used in everything from sweetmeats, pastries, spice cakes and breads.
