Hatch Chili Seasoning

Hatch chilis are grown exclusively in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico, where the mineral-rich soil and high elevation impart a distinctive flavour.

These chilis are cultivated in both red and green varieties. Green peppers are harvested earlier, while red chilis are left on the vine to fully ripen for a richer, sweeter depth of flavour. 

Our blend features the sweeter red variety and contains nearly 50% Hatch chili powder, complemented by salt, cayenne, cumin, paprika, oregano, onion, and garlic. 

This versatile seasoning is perfect for enhancing, chili, soups, stews, meats, roasted vegetables, and dips.
