Rocky Mountain Mushroom Mix is a blend of dehydrated Oyster, Portobello, and Porcini mushrooms. This combination creates a wild, earthy, and somewhat smokey flavour.
Our dehydrated mushrooms are dehydrated to a low (5-10%) water content and therefore have very high yields when re-hydrated.
