Morels - Whole - Dehydrated

Morel Mushrooms are prized mushrooms as they only grown in the wild and are not cultivated. With a wonderful woodsy and buttery flavour, they are will suited to mild meats, particularly veal. The honeycomb shaped cap distinguishes these delightful mushrooms. 

Easily re-hydrated Morels Whole will rehydrate 3-4 times their dry weight.
